- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's my belief that you get what you pay for . If you have a 2500 sq ft house . 4 bedroom 3 bath for example as someone tells you they can do it in 2hrs . Well they are not going to leave it clean . I'm not one of those companies who try and schedule 4 houses a day therefore rush jobs take place ! I'm not a rush job company . You don't keep clients like that . It's my policy to take my time and get the job done right! So if for example you pay someone 150.00 to clean your home in 2 hrs or 3 I'm there 5 hrs . I'm there too clean not rush !
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Going over thier needs , what cleansers they like , any allergies , days I'm needed .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a real estate in Florida and clients kept asking for cleaners and do I started cleaning company that had a handy man , plumber , pressure washer etc!!
