I worked with Matt. I don’t know how many Aquamen there are but Matt was mine. I gave 5 stars for many reasons but will be honest, the experience was not perfect. Value, work effort, trustworthiness, quality, attitude and commitment are off the charts. Initial reponsiveness to my request exceeded expectations. The only part that didn’t meet expectations was communication follow up after that. He is working on that. I almost gave up when he didn’t show up on day one as promised. Turned out his phone died and he couldn’t communicate. Glad I gave him a second chance, Be advised, he is over optimistic in estimating his arrival time. But give him some grace. Once he arrives, he sticks with it and goes above and beyond.

He did a variety of things that needed doing such as repairing the lawnmower, the drain spouts, the rotted out corner near the porch, power washing the porch and front and side of the house, and refinished some cabinet fronts. It was great to have some one who could handle such a variety of projects! My list finally got taken care of! Thank you Aquaman!

So the job they did was decent. However they were also paid to repair our mower. That was a few weeks ago. We still don’t have our mower back. Upon texting them, I would get no reply usually, and then today it says “message not sent@ which makes me think he took our mower and has zero intention of giving it back.
