- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Conversation! The first thing we do is have a conversation about expectations and make sure we have the same expectations. It is pretty easy really, then we just set up a time that is most convenient for both of us as long as the price is right it is a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't know if there really is any "technical" training or education for this job. I would say keeping a house clean with six kids relates to it really well. It definitely gave me a lot of practice. I easily was ahead of the game.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had to change careers and voila! Here I am. The change was out of necessity, but I love my clients and what I do.
