FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a Base Package price list in place that gives clients an idea of what I offer and charge. These Packages are adaptable to each client’s needs for their project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone conversation is generally recommended but not mandatory. We will establish, during our initial communication, what services are required, pricing, location, time to perform the photo/video project and other details. We will also talk about any special concerns. I will then schedule a day and time for the session. I will follow up with an email explaining what they should expect and how to prepare for their photo/video shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always had a love for photography. I have education in basic, intermediate and advanced photography as well as training in cinematography. I have worked with post production applications such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro and several others for over ten years. The FAA’s Part 107 Unmanned Aircraft Systems training has given me the knowledge needed to operate sUAS (Drones) within the federal laws. I have two years’ experience flying drones and capturing images. I hold an FAA Part 107 Certificate.
