Thanks Jason. Pleasure doing business. You are a great customer and hope to do business again. Congrats on your WC wins and I'll be rooting for Croatia tomorrow in the semi.
All I can say it, Ken is a true professional. We had a pretty big job--putting together and mounting a backlit wall panel for a 75 inch TV, along with the TV itself--and I was worried about it being done correctly. Ken gave us a fair quote, came in, and did excellent work, making sure that each step was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend him, and will hire him again.Apr 17, 2017Verified

Ken is a thorough professional. The character that best defines him is patience and perseverance. The installation of my home theatre system was very challenging but he never gave up and did an awesome job. Cost price was very reasonable and quility output. Great job, KenJan 18, 2017VerifiedKen O.'s reply
Thanks Arun. I am quite pleased to have been allowed into your home to display my professional prowess. Every job is unique and at times challenging. What makes a good custom installer is how well such challenges are tackled and ultimately resolved. I look forward to doing business again. - Regards.
Ken came out same day as I called to install our tv above the fireplace. He is very precise with his work and the best part is he is friendly and his price cannot be beat! I will definitely be hiring Ken for future projects!Oct 15, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I price jobs with the understanding that as much as customers demand quality work, they also want a fair price. In this spirit, my price is competitive and negotiable where applicable. Products and services on special discounts obviously cannot be reduced further.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically, our in-home AV specialists meet with the customer at job location to get a better understanding of the scope of the project: equipment; room sizes; usage; budgetary constraints - if any; the needs; wants; and the feasible. On a large project, we also like to have the presence of the architect, designer or general contractor where possible otherwise, we can obtain their contact information from the customer. We take all the information we gather at the site and convert that to a comprehensive proposal for the customer. That said, and in situation where services are urgently needed (Usually a day project) we can provide estimate on the spot and get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Education: Bachelors degree in the field of Aeronautics. Additionally, possess applications programming and web technology credentials from an accredited institution. Experience: I have always had passion for AV, Automation and integration since early 80s as I pursued my education staring part-time while in college. The interest grew exponentially when I got involved in custom install and control system programming. Training Received: Structured Wiring, Sound theory and Propagation, Sound Proofing, Speaker placement, Computer Technology, Control systems programming, Soldering and crimping, Cable termination and punchdown, Digital technology, Elan Systems Product Training and Advanced Programming, Essentials of Crestron Programming, Electronics Technician Training, B&O Beolink Training, Netsreams Digilinx, SBCA Cerificate level 3, Lutron Residential Lighting Control, Lutron RadioRA2 Training, Meridian Retailer Specialist Training, Niles Cedia Regional Training...to name a few
