FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client initially connects, I like to spend about 15 minutes discussing what has motivated the client to reach out. I also like to find out more about the client's exercise and health history, as well as his or her current lifestyle, values, and immediate goals. This helps to tell me if the client and I are a match. Upon hire, I will ask the client to fill out a few questionnaires to gain more insight into the client. I set up an evaluation with the client, which consists of baseline screenings, depending on the client and goals, as well as a short initial workout, filled with general movement patterns, to provide a basic fitness assessment. Initial baseline screens may consist of height, weight, circumferences, body fat calculation, functional movement screening, and/or blood pressure screening. From here, I assist the client in finalizing long term and short term goals. I set a schedule with the client and create a custom workout plan that will begin upon the client's next visit.
