BHHSMI has solved so many obstacles for me and my partners on our investment portfolio. BHHSMI has grown our rental income by 12% in 13 months and reduced our expenses by 8% and we are looking at NOI growth in the next 12 months of 9.5%. We also still met all of our cap ex projects for the year. We are very happy to be partners with this company.

In 5 months they "lost" my 3 best paying tenants w/o explanation. Units vacant several months, no advertising. No move inspections were done and they lied about it. Fired them in 5 1/2 months before I go broke! Had to hire a lawyer to get deposits back and refund of overcharged management fees.
