What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Relationships with our customers is everything to us. Walking through the process to provide you with the best quality and to help meet your needs is something we pride ourselves in. So whether you are in need of simple repairs , just calling to have something picked up , or you need your valuables to be professionally transported, there is solid communication in the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started out as a construction and maintenance worker in house building ,and progressively begin to add additional services to help clients get their needs met.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
Yes I estimate according to the job as a whole. Today there are too many hidden fees and extended costs in services. I found that putting the estimate in all in one package and making a concrete flat price makes it stress free and more cost effective for the customer.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have spent a lot of time when I was growing up working with a very diverse construction and mechanical setting. When I wasn't building something , I was fixing something. I personally feel that these skills should be shared so that everyone can improve the quality of their lives.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Home owners , commercial building as well as transporting goods, and high needed parts from vendors to manufacturing facilities.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently had a client try out a new deck coating application, I had worked with her for several years and we decided to give the new product and it's application a test drive. It was an awesome success and she couldn't have been more pleased. I like when my clients are happy.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would encourage them to get two or three estimates so that they feel comfortable with the project and choices.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Most customers have a pretty good idea of what they want, I believe it is a great tool to the customer when we can take a few minutes and write down their ideas so that it can really help them get the results they want I thrive on creativity and enjoy the process of delivering the vision the customer really desires.
