- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unless specifically requested, none of our pricing includes a gratuity. There may be a service fee, depending on the type of trip. The service fee covers the chauffeur's hourly wage and cleaning. Gratuity is left between the client and chauffeur on the day of the event. Gratuity is not mandatory; we encourage you to tip based on the service you receive.
