- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very flexible to match the client's needs. I offer discount brokerage fees below the industry standard 6% (3% Selling Agent + 3% Buying Agent)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to setup a 15-20 minute meeting to understand my client's goals in selling or buying a home to be sure I always meet their expectations. I helping a client sell a home I perform comprehensive research to under the Comparative Market Value of the property, price is very important, then I explain my successful 10 point marketing strategy designed to bring top dollar, low stress and high customer satisfaction. For clients wanting to buy a home after I understand their buying requirements then I setup a automated home search so we both are the first to know when a new listing hits the market whenever it matches their buying profile.

Over 20 years of Sales and expert negotiation experience. Expert Real Estate Marketing training with Flying Tigers Marketing Program. 5 years of project management experience allowing me to manage any real estate issue that may come my way. Tons of real estate training courses from effective selling,buying and legal classes.
