- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our maximum fee is 11% of the gross rent. This applies to rentals with monthly rents below $1,300 per month. At $1300 per month, our management fee is $127.50 per month and at $1500 per month, our management fee $132.50 per month. This is the only fee we charge and it is only charges on month's we collect rent. Our typical competitor charges about approximately 50% of the first month's rent and around 8% on a monthly basis, making the annual average 11.5% management fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way for us to work with a new customer is to meet and go over the scope of their rental portfolio. We start by discussing what brought them to us, then discuss their short term and long term goals and discuss what we can do for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dan has been in the real estate sales for 13 years, an investor for 12 years and has been professionally managing rentals for 9 years. He also has a background in construction and renovation from time spent with his father who had a real estate and building company.
