FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new clients is very important because they don't know who you are so it's important to make a good first impression. Typically I will perform a walk through of their home before I get started. Asking them is there anything particular they want done. I tell them everything that will get done that day and what to expect and if they have any questions or concerns I can answer them before I begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started off in the hospitality industry as a house keeper then Assistant Executive House Keeper and worked my way up as a Chief Engineer, head of maintenance, which I have years of experience. I also started my own cleaning company in Minneapolis, MN which did really well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning home's when I was a teen with my mother. One of her side jobs was cleaning residential homes for people. I would occasionally help her with some of her clients.
