That I’m fair and that I’ll make an effort to work with them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate all the details up front. I’ll walk them through each room and tell them what I’m going to do, when I’m going to do it and how it’s going to look. They also know what they will be charged before anything has been done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked with talented people and I’m always studying to get better and more efficient.
