- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a flat-rate pricing model based on the number of bathrooms and bedrooms in your home. With our A-la-carte pricing, you can easily add extra services, for one cleaning, or for every cleaning. With our mobile apps and online account, you can easily adjust your cleaning right from your phone. Our pricing is very competitive but fair, we look for the most seasoned cleaners we can find, and that requires us to charge a fair rate. The low price isn't always the best value! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you book with us, expect a brief phone call so that we can get to know you. We want to learn what's of particular importance to you so we can exceed your expectations. Please create your account and book on our secure website to get things started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our background checked cleaners has years of cleaning experience. They use our standard 55-point checklist in addition to a customer-specific checklist to ensure the job is done right. We want to deliver Carefree Cleanliness to you.
