- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once our customer reaches out to Good2Go we set up a time to meet or we can communicate via email (clients preference). We have the client fill out our intake form so we know how to best serve them with our meal prep. From there, we pick a menu and a start date. The first time we cook for the client, we hope the client could meet us at their home to let us in. After that, the client does not need to be home and can go about their day. We prep the agreed upon meals and leave your kitchen spotless and dinner in the crockpot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tiffny and Christine are both certified Health Coaches via Precision Nutrition. Tiffny is also a certified biosignature practitioner, certified through Poliquin. We both have been cooking for our families and friends more years than we care to admit! Our biggest critics have been our kids. We have gained invaluable feedback from friends we have cooked for and make every effort to ensure our meals are tasty and nourish your body.
