- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitively priced in our market and feel we price for the value we provide. We have packages available but we also work with our clients to provide pricing that fits their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I am in contact with a customer I like to get to know something about them and their personality as well as their likes and dislikes and their expectations about their photography. It is important to build relationships with the client and many have become friends. WE have a consultation, either in person or by phone if they are not in the area. If it is a wedding, I try to have an engagement or save the date shoot included in the package to allow the client to get to work with me before their big day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught but have been shooting since I was child. My dad was a photographer and I used to hang out in the dark room with him, I read constantly to keep up with the latest trends and technology.
