- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am non-tipping. My service is as quoted. All services will be delivery of payment on day of service. Any appointment over $500 needs to put down a deposit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I good consultation, book and create a few looks for the guest before date of if guest appointment if doesn’t have anything in mind. Day of: I like to arrive 15 before to set up and consult again and then proceed with the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a color educator and salon educator for about 10 years.
