Female instructor holds a brown belt under Master Charles Gracie and has practiced and competed in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for almost 10 years. Women and children are encouraged to schedule a free introductory lesson. I love helping women, adolescents, and children feel more comfortable and confident in their homes, schools, workplaces, and in the community. I offer individual sessions for $60/hour or group lessons for $80/hour. Individuals can purchase lessons in packages for significant savings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free introductory lesson that acts as an evaluation. After gauging the client's needs, we develop a game plan and timeline for accomplishing his/her goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 10 years experience training, competing, and teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I am also a licensed and credentialed speech and language pathologist with years of experience working in rehabilitation.
