- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am paid at close of escrow by the seller of the home. That means as a buyer you will receive my services as part of the home buying process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with potential clients and make sure we are a good match. Buying Real Estate is a huge investment in time and money. We will be working closely together and you will be sharing private and confidential information. You need to be comfortable with me.... and vice versa.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are Real estate Agents and Brokers: I am a Real Estate Broker, not just an agent. All agents must work under a Licensed Broker. There are Real Estate Licensees and REALTORS: I am a REALTOR which means I am a member of the National, State and Local associations of REALTORS. For you as a consumer it means that I have a higher standard of care and a fiduciary duty to look after your interests. There are Industry designations that are meaningful but are little understood by the public. I hold CRS, and GRI Ask me about these when we get together.
