- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Honest prices. Don't expect to see my at the bottom expect it more in the middle somewhere. I am always willing to negotiate the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I walk them around the structure and go over the process of getting their home refinished. We go over color schemes and grades of paint. I explain the differences in the quality of material that you use and the price difference. I allow the customer to feel absolutely comfortable and sure before I apply any coating.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
trained with how to handle and dispose of toxic and noxious chemicals. First aid and cpr trained and certified. Trained in the local residential and commercial codes and OSHAs safety requirements and regulations. I'm trained in lead abatement and removal. I'm well trained in the use and disposal of oil bases such as lacquer and enamel;schlak and epoxies, poly urethane and stain.
