I didn’t have much time to get my inspection done before my one year walk through on my new build. I wanted someone unbiased to inspect my home before I was no longer going to be under my first year home warranty through my builder so I called Troy- he was highly recommended my area. Troy got right back with me and worked around my crazy schedule. Because of his attention to detail and his honesty, I was able to explain what needed to be done before I signed off on my builder paperwork. Troy saved me tens of thousands of dollars by catching major things the builder would have never told me about nor taken care of. I highly recommend Healthy Home Inspections if you want to truly protect your interests!
