- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would never take advantage of someone financially. While I may not be the cheapest, I try to always be reasonable and fair. This usually undercuts myself but it is good business as I am not a greedy person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
send a quote, answer any questions, if needed look at the job with them and listen to their ideas and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some certificates in application of chemicals such as herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers and am a certified welder. But i have the mindset that i can do anything i put my mind to and have taught myself to do most things just out of the assertiveness and initiative that i put forth to better myself and expand my knowledge.
