A 10% discount is applied to any repeat customer! Detailed pricing is available on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process with each customer begins with collecting all of the details of the home being inspected and confirming the inspection time. The customer then receives via email a copy of our contract and their invoice. Each of Fish Home Services' inspections include: A scheduled in-person inspection where I will thoroughly observe and document functionality, defects, and safety aspects of the property. A comprehensive home inspection report that details the my observations that will note what systems and structures are functioning, in need of repair, or not present. (Includes photos)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Illinois certified home inspector utilizing the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) standards of practice for home inspecting. Through experience, coursework, and licensing exams I am trained to examine and report on properties from Condos to 4,000+ square foot homes.
