While the craftsmanship was excellent, the professionalism was anything but. What should have been a single day project- possibly two days- turned into nearly 2 weeks. The owner, Danny, never showed when agreed upon and would come up with excuses every time. Some days he would be more then 3 hours late with no word. He would not answer his messages, his voicemail full, and no word whether he was even going to come. On top of that, he would bring a helper despite telling me he'd be by himself which is troubling for a single woman living by herself. In the end when it came time to pay I began to inform him that his lack of professional behavior left me disappointed and I was about to tell him I didn't want to pay the $50 of the $150 price I was given for a single day's work. He cut me off, however, snapping at me to just forget it before wishing me a Merry Christmas and stormed out, slamming my door which caused a wall hanging to fall and break. While he seems like a nice man with a passion for construction and remodeling, he is not professional and I would not recommend hiring him for projects.

You forgot to put in there Sarah how I came on a Sunday work around your schedule and how it was an interior exterior window that leaked really bad you supplied paint that was frozen that was one of the reasons I had to come back. Another reason I was out of a vehicle for a few days those things happen. In about the helper thing that's my work I'm not going to drive all the way across town to drop him off and then drive all the way back across town when your house was on the way I did not snap at you or slam your door. Hope you enjoyed the free labor and yes I did tell you to have a merry Christmas.

Contacted me via email, that was good. I selected to hire and filled out information for them to contact me. Provided both my work and cell numbers. I received a reply email that they would contact me the next day. Nothing. I am on the hunt for someone new.
