Stop stressing over finding a home inspector and call Allco! I am one of those people who creates excel spreadsheets to compare my options when it comes to making decisions like this, and I can say with 100% confidence that you should make the decision to use Allco! After doing my due diligence to find a reputable inspection company, I decided to choose them. They did an inspection on a house that I was going to buy, and they were very detailed in their findings. Everything was explained in detail to me, and the report they sent to me was incredibly detailed with the list of findings, suggestions to fix the issues, and pictures. I was able to make the important decision not to buy the house because of the severe issues that they found in the inspection. I ended up using them again when I found another house, which I am closing on. My house has a crawl space, and the inspector was not afraid to crawl under there and get his hands dirty. I highly recommend them to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

Justin was Wonderful! I would absolutely recommend Allco Inspections! Not only was he friendly and down to earth but he was extremely thorough with the inspection. He explained everything to me during his inspection and even recommended safety features to me such as bar locks for a sliding door that was ground floor on the open space. As a single woman, this was something that I really respected. I know everything about my home that I need to know now. Thank you Justin, you were great!

I just wanted to thank you again for your outstanding service. I called the same week I needed the inspection and was able to do my home inspection the next day. Our inspector was Justin and he did an amazing job. We asked a lot of questions and he took time to answer every single question, in as much detail as he could. Justin walked us outside and inside our home and took as much time as we needed. He was amazing and I will definitely be recommending your company to friends and family. Thank you so much!
