- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a conversation about the customer's needs and wants. I then go and have a brainstorming session, producing multiple design directions for the customer to choose from. After choosing a direction, I fine-tune the different aspects of it, and present it again to the client. This is followed by a critique, where I go back and revise the designs to better suit the client's needs.
