- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is extremely difficult to do blindly! Any company that can quote you a price over the internet without looking at your specific installation needs or expectations is doing both of you a dis service! We do free estimates, on site, in your home, based on your expectations and system design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Majored in Business Admin, minored in Electronics. Advanced certifications from Yamaha, Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, HAI, Speco Technologies, DSC, just to name a few! Annual industry training from CEDIA, as well as most major manufacturers. Keeping up with new products, manufacturer recalls and software updates are weekly events.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started in 1982 with a love for music and Car Audio. The first job was selling and installing high-end car audio systems, which led me towards business and electronics in College. Opened 7 stores across the MD, DC, Virginia area selling, servicing, and installing car audio, cellular phones, pagers, and security systems. Entered into the home electronics arena in 1997 working for the Nations best Home Automation company. Working on dozens of multi-million dollar projects. Worked my way to General Manager of the company as we expanded to Florida. Realizing I could do it better on my own, well, here I am 17 years and counting...
