Italian Translations Company, LLC

Introduction: I am General Manager & Senior Italian Linguist for the Italian Translations Company, LLC (Washington, DC metro area), and for Eurolanguages, a company concentrating on Italian, English and French (based in Montreal). I have worked as a contract conference interpreter (simultaneous and consecutive) for the President of the United States, the President of Italy and several Italian Prime Ministers, including recently for Italian Prime Minister Renzi. My two companies provide interpreters in multiple languages for international conferences such as the Fiat-Chrysler (FCA) annual meeting in Detroit. On occasion I also take fun assignments, such as interpreting for Miss Italy at the Miss Universe Pageant in various countries around the world (Vietnam, Cyprus, Thailand, Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico etc). My personal specialty translation fields are finance, business and legal. As a company we handle interpreting projects (spoken), as well as translation and proofreading for depositions, personal documents, literature, personal correspondence, dubbing, subtitles, quality assurance tasks and transcriptions. Our main specialty is translating documents Italian to English and vice versa, but for select subjects we also provide top linguistic skills in French, Spanish and German. We use CAT tools and extensive industry specific proprietary glossaries. We offer translations and transcribing of documents and texts in several foreign languages, as well as: bug reporting, interpreting, voiceovers, localization projects & language lessons (in person or using Skype). We have a roster of reliable, time-tested Italian linguists based in Italy, the United States and Canada, providing a full range of Italian language services. The main fields my team of linguist concentrates on are: finance, business, legal, marketing, engineering, patents, IT and medical (especially clinical studies).
