Working with Stacyann was an absolute pleasure! From the minute we started the wedding process she was there to provide not only creative expertise but also impecable organization and positive energy. She gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. It was all PERFECT! I was a bride, with little to no wedding knowledge. StacyAnn walked me through every detail. She listened to me, and execute my vision perfectly. Her patience was very Calming. I still have my guests calling and writing to me to complement my wedding. With StacyAnn on board, everything for my wedding reception (200+ guests) came together seamlessly and just the way I wanted! She was very responsive, dilegent with following up with vendors, assuring everything was in order, and managing the event so well that she made the clean up process go by efficiently and effortlessly. I could not recommend her and her staff enough. Thank you!!! Would happily hire again!

Stacyann and her staff were exceptional! Jeanelle, Prod, Garfield and Stacyann herself were extremely professional. They arrived on time, handled the setup, learned all the entrees and just took over. I had over 75 guests and everyone had nothing but compliments for them. Thanks Stacyann and crew!

Wedding Planning StacyAnn was absolutely AMAZING. I got in touch with her quite a few months before our wedding. Whenever I had a logistics question during the final months of planning, she was quick to respond and always had the answer. When it got to the actual month and weeks before the wedding, she was beyond amazing. The week of the wedding, she met with my mom, fiance, and me to go over final details and to finalize an incredibly detailed day-of schedule. She contacted all of the vendors to make sure that everyone was on the same page and that they knew the schedule. I didn't realize how much work that would be until I saw everything that she was doing. She was also a wonderful presence at the rehearsal, keeping us all on track and making sure that the wedding party knew what they were doing the next day. StacyAnn goes above and beyond. It was really helpful to know that I had someone who was going to make sure that everything went the way we wanted it to. I will absolutely be recommending her to everyone we know. Hiring her was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding. She let me enjoy the final days of preparation and enjoy being a bride, instead of going crazy with all of the details. Words can't express how thankful we are to have you.

    Over the Phone, consultation is: FREE In person consultation without booking: 100.00 Day-Of Coordinator Starts at 900.00 - 1200.00 Month-Of Coordinator Starts at 1200.00- 1500.00 Partial Planning- Starts at 2500.00 We also offer customizable packages that will fit your needs.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our typical process with a new customer would be an over the phone free consultation to understand their needs and see their vision. We like to ensure both parties are a good match for one another to ensure the absolute best. We then email a detailed contract for the client to review with their spouse and contact us back with any questions.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    The best advise I can give a customer is don't hired a planner just because his/her fee is less, you REALLY! get what you pay for. Most importantly you need to trust and develop a good relationship with your planner.
