Franklyn was extremely responsive and followed through on his commitments. He put in a new electrical outlet for me and finished the work in 20 minutes. He also cleaned up very well. I also really like how respectful he was of my house. He noticed that we didn't wear outside shoes at our house as soon as he walked in and asked if I would like him to take off his shoes. Most contractors I have had would never notice or ask that. I now have a go-to electrician!
