Mary is a joy to work with! She took outdoor photos of my family and beloved dog. Plans were secured with a phone call and emails by her. She was on time and prepared. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be very affordable but still deliver professional work. I have several packages but can customize packages to better fit your needs. Don't be afraid to ask.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to get to know my clients, it is hard to know what my client envisions without great communication! For weddings; I like to either meet in person or skype with the couple about a month before their big day! We will discuss the most important details of the wedding day from their prospective. This puts us all on the same page......which ensures satisfied customers. I will assist the Bride & Groom with setting up their timeline for the wedding day as well. After the wedding; they can expect to see a sneak peek or their images within 14 days but usually within 2 days....if not the same day!!! All sessions receive a link to their downloadable images within 6 weeks of their session!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of Professional Photographers of America. I have attended specialized workshops for equine photography, Outdoor Portraits, Lighting Seminars & many more.
