Introduction: I’m an experienced teacher with a passion for music education. I have taught private piano and clarinet lesson for over 9 years and also taught pre-school music classes for aged 2-5 for over 4 years. I am a dynamic teacher who has the ability to teach a wide range of learners with diverse backgrounds, abilities, and goals. With a commitment to helping each reach their potential, I have developed a variety of strategies to engage, inspire, and communicate with young musicians. This is demonstrated in the enthusiasm that my students have for music as well as their success in regional, auditions, competitions, and festivals. Mrs. Seyfried has taught my 3 year old daughter the basics in piano for 2 months, now. She encourages proper form and practice time. Mrs. Seyfried shows an enthusiasm for teaching piano and demonstrates patience while making it fun for the little ones she teaches. She also provides feedback for the betterment of the student. My daughter enjoys her lessons with her. Mrs. Seyfried is a very pleasant individual with a passion for the study of music. We are continuing our lessons with her and I strongly recommend her services.

She works at the student’s pace; demonstrating an equal balance of encouragement while challenging the student’s performance. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I would like to meet with new students to discuss about what the student wants to achieve and all the details about the lesson (schedule, books and rates…etc.) then we will start to have lessons weekly! :)
