Gold Standard Fitness is a very unique fitness facility. Cathy Gold (the owner) is one of the best fitness professionals who has trained me and gotten me my best results from an overall fitness standpoint. The group classes here are individualized and options are always given to make the exercise either harder or easier depending on your fitness levels and goals. The instructors know everyone by name so you get the best results for your own personal workout. There is a wide variety of class options to suit different preferences as well. You will absolutely see/feel results here if you put in the effort and will always be working smarter and getting more from your time spent exercising. Cathy has many years of experience and knows so many different options to work your muscles effectively and efficiently. You will never do the same routine twice and will never get bored. Cathy always keeps up on the latest fitness science and knows what works and what doesn’t and brings that knowledge and professionalism to her clients. She will take you as far as you are willing to go and push you harder than you think you ever could work if that is your goal. Whatever your personal expectations are, she is completely dedicated to getting you there if you are also willing to put in the effort. Her workouts are always tough, but in a functional and practical way so you can apply your gym fitness to your everyday life or your choice of sport. She also understands that everyone has different goals. She will work with you to achieve whatever you really want to commit to getting from YOUR fitness routine and the effort you put in to get there. There are classes at most times of the day and if there aren’t compatible times for you, she will work with you to find a time that can accommodate your schedule. I would definitely recommend Gold Standard Fitness to anyone who wants to take their next step for fitness and better overall health regardless of where you are now or where you want to be. I've never been one to enjoy going to a gym to workout, but worked with a private trainer for a couple of years. Feeling it was time to do something different, I began attending classes with Cathy, and I love it. The classes are small, she knows my personal fitness/injury issues, and gives pointers throughout the class for any modifications needed. She is extremely encouraging, funny, and keeps classes moving at a good pace. I always leave feeling like I've gotten a super workout. I love the Metabolic Effect classes, and have gotten good results from them in the short time I've been attending. Also, the camaraderie among the class is nice; everyone is very welcoming and encouraging to newcomers. Cathy sets the tone for a fun, friendly, workout. She is well trained in several areas of exercise, and works hard to explain, and push me to get the best workout I can. This gym is excellent.

Perfect small group workouts that accommodate all levels of fitness. Everyone is so friendly and supportive! Cathy's Metabolic Effect training works! I lost weight,several dress sizes and feel better than I have in 20 years!!

This is a wonderful fitness center! It's small enough to give lots of personal attention, yet large enough to give many choices of class times and types. Highly recommend!
