Spring Special: $35/hour or $30/hour for 10+/hours purchased as a package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will take new clients through an assessment to determine skill level before deciding on any exercise plan. I will also work with clients to determine their goals and needs. I focus mainly on body weight exercises. I want my clients to have all the tools they need to stay healthy after they decide they no longer need a personal trainer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate in Health Education, and Master's in Health and Public Policy with a concentration on Community Health. I am a certified personal fitness trainer as well as a certified personal and business coach. W.I.T.S Certified Personal Trainer: #19320NCPFT
