- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most estimates are best done on site based on the line of work that we do. Every water damage, fire, smoke damage, etc is different, and it is helpful for us to be able to come out on site to give the closest possible estimate. We work with your insurance company in the event that you have a claim that they are covering.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers, big and small. From historic landmarks to large commercial buildings, from small business owners to individuals experiencing a small loss or just needing a duct or carpet cleaning. We can handle it all, and we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You want to make sure you are working with a company who has a longstanding history in the community. There are many fly by night companies in our industry who may not have the knowledge and experience that a seasoned one does.
