Introduction: I am a passionate musician and I love inspiring the next generation. I am a staff pianist at Duke University as well as a dedicated piano teacher. My students range from age 5-17 and have a variety of goals with music. I recently relocated to Durham with my wife!
I have lead students to winning regional competitions but am also quite happy to teach students who play recreationally. I think that music is valuable for everybody and have experience in working with a large variety of students.

Daniel is very energetic and fun. He keeps my child engaged and motivated to work hard and improve. He is a knowledgeable, excellent instructor.

Beyond a doubt, best piano teacher in the Triad ! My 12 year old had taken lesson from two other teachers before we found Daniel. It has been a year and my son is playing music I never thought he could accomplish ! If you want to hear the beauty of you or your child playing the piano this is the teacher for you !
