Kris has an excellent understanding of how the human body works and readily shares itâ¦.I like knowing what I am doing and what the benefit is.
His personal touch brings a light heartedness to the workout but he is always encouraging you to do your best and to push yourself as much as you can to get the MAXimum benefit. And he is pretty funny too!
The Maxfit studio is very clean. And everyone is so friendlyâ¦â¦I do truly look forward to my workouts because the environment is awesome.
