Bob initially responded to me within an hour of posting. We corresponded briefly about my job then set an appointment time based on my schedule. He was right on time, assessed everything quickly, then went to get the proper parts needed for my job. He installed 2 toilets as well as 2 new flanges, same day, for a reasonable price. Bob corrected every problem with the way the original toilets were installed. I would recommend him for your next job!
