I took a cooking class with James which was wonderful. He planned a terrific menu, at Sur La Table. We learned knife skills and some great new recipes. After this class, my cooking club hired James to do a class at someone's home. We planned the menu , together, and all 6 of us took part in this great evening of slicing, dicing and baking.

Great chef!!! Was hired on several occasions for private cooking lessons for advanced culinary skill instruction. Plan on using him again in the future for private dinner parties as well as more advanced culinary lessons.
