- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do personal in home quotes which are tailored to the needs of your home. Or you can choose from one of our prepay packages which are great as holiday/baby shower gifts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to do a home visit. We will swing by to do a quick walk through with the customer just to make sure we will be able to honor your quote. Then just schedule your first cleaning and we will do the rest!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was just out of high school and waiting tables at a local restaurant. I was on the lunch shift so I wasnt making very much money. I started cleaning houses one day after my cousins house cleaner didn't show up. Within a week I was cleaning for several friends of hers who used the same house cleaner.
