- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer half hour and hour options depending on your schedule and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to set up a meet and greet situation. If the student has some previous playing experience I like to hear them play a little. I play for them and answer all their questions, discuss prices and scheduling. All of this is done in a very relaxed atmosphere. I teach out of my home studio.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Business Administration with a minor in commercial art. My dad taught me my first few guitar chords and bought me a Mel Bay beginning guitar book. I took lessons from two different instructors who were both professional musicians. After that I continued to teach myself. I have played in several duos, trios and full bands through the years at a semi professional level and still do.
