About this pro
I had been looking for someone to do some drywall installation. I made several contacts to other contractors. NONE returned my call. I was discouraged, until I contacted Ken. He doesn't dilly around. He's on time, he stays in touch, he kept us informed of changes or ideas. He's respectful and hard working. Highly recommended.Apr 17, 2018Verified
Had a snag with getting the date set, but once he was here everything went smoothly and they did an Excellent job putting up back splash in my kitchen. I LOVE IT!!!!Mar 11, 2018VerifiedKenneth M.'s reply

- How did you get started doing this type of work?I am the youngest sibling in my family by 10 years. When I was a young teenager my brothers where developing their lives. Building or remodeling houses, building garages, landscaping, etc. Since i was the youngest brother i was always called on to help. I learned a lot from them and realized I loved the work. I grew from there, working for several construction companies I learned good and bad ways of doings things. Learning how some people tend to cut corners keeps me on guard and able to help customers look out for some of these things. It also inspired me to run my own buisness so i would never have to cut corners and could always do things they way they should be done.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?I recently was sub contracted to work with another small construction company that I frequently do buisness with. We built a 32 x 40 pole foundation garage with steel roof and siding. We broke ground on Monday and finished the project friday of the same week.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Talk to several pros and get bids. That way you can decide who seems to be the best fit for you and your project. Remember the lowest bid might not be the best fit. If its too good to be true then it probably is. Have them be detailed about process, materials used, how many people will be on crew, etc
