- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, given the nature and diversity of our broad range of services we treat each client differently based on their needs. We appreciate that each customer has unique needs and we tailor or prices to the specific work at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to open a line of communication preferable to the customer (phone call, e-mail, etc) and drill down to find out how we can best serve their needs. We establish the customer's goals and objectives and build a plan from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For accounting, between our principals we have a CPA, MAcct,and a MBA. In technology, our lead principal has 10 years of diverse IT experience. For planning, our team has a cumulative 70 years experience in small to mid size company growth and profit strategy.
