- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our company likes to keep things as easy and simple for the customer as possible. With new customers we like to determine the exact type of cleaning desired. Depending on the type of service, whether its a basic cleaning or deep cleaning, we will quote our price. If the customer is satisfied with the cost then we will schedule an appointment that best fits the customers agenda. It's that easy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is well trained in residential, office, warehouse and local business cleaning. Different facilities require different methods of cleaning which is why all new employees undergo two weeks of training with close supervision. Employees are taught the companies values which include integrity, respect and safety. We believe these values are part of the driving force in providing the best service available for all our customers.
