- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge flat fees in order to create a more transparent relationship between our firm and our clients. For some matters we offer payment plans, and for ongoing representation we charge hourly billing rates.

1. We speak to any person looking for representation 2. Determine if their legal needs are in our area of practice 3. Schedule a day and time for a consultation 4. Gather necessary information regarding the legal services they need 5. Meet and discuss how the De Bruin Law Firm's representation can help 6. Answer any question our new client may have 7. Provide updates and information as we work through our clients case 8. Routinely reach out to our clients and maintain an ongoing relationship
