Introduction: Hey friends!
I’m the photographer behind the camera fueled by grace, good reads and the beach.
I love tacos, relaxing on the beach, houseplants, neutral colors, all things hand lettered, trying new coffee shops and adventures to Barnes and Noble.
I’m from rural Illinois, but the Windy City forever holds a special place in my heart. I moved to the South in 2012 to attend college, earning my BFA in Graphic Design and decided to never leave. I have been eating biscuits and gravy ever since! And no, I still don’t love sweet tea but thanks for asking. But I can tell you I am a fan of the warmer weather year round!
In 2017, I married my college sweetheart and favorite person on the planet, Bradley. We have 3 adopted animals, 2 rambunctious dogs and a fluffy white cat (which he surprised me with - adorable, I know).
Since I have a design background, you can always count on me to put forth my very best creative effort into your pictures! The best part about being an artist is not just creating beautiful things to enjoy, but having the privilege of investing and impacting another’s life. Photography is so much more than creating the perfect look, but capturing the perfect moment. “Great photography is about depth of feeling, not depth of field” and that is what I want to create.
