Introduction: I grew up renovating mill houses with my dad as rentals as a sort of family business thing. we would take these old mill houses and completely gut them and redo everything from the framing, the electrical, plumbing, everything. and we would take a house no one wanted into new modern (for the 90's) home. after I got out of the marines, I moved into framing multi million dollar homes here in Greenville sc. I have spent a majority of my life building or improving homes in many different ways. I can tell you with certainty that I have experience in just about every aspect of a home repair or addition there is.
