We used L&M to sand and refinish our hardwood floors and they did not disappoint. These guys were always on time, super responsive, knowledgeable and the finished product looks amazing. Had a great experience using them and will use them again for sure. They taped up all the walls and cleaned up beautifully after they were done, I don’t even think I saw dust! Highly recommend!

I recently engaged L&M to refinish the hardwood floors of my recent house purchase. They gave me a competitive price, were responsive and had great reviews. The floors were in poor condition in several locations throughout and they did an amazing job of getting out the majority of staining and evening out the floors. They were punctual each day, protected all areas not being worked on, and kept me up to date and involved with progress. When I picked the stain, I was concerned with a lot of sheen but didn’t want the floors to look too rustic so they provided recommendations and we ended up mixing various sheens which turned out amazing. I will absolutely use them in the future and have already recommended them to others. Look no further!

Luis and his team an absolute pleasure to work with. I knew nothing about flooring, or owning a home, or renovating (I could go on) and so I was intimidated to start the project. Luis and team was excellent. I highly recommend them. I didn't know all the details on what goes into refinishing floors. The whole process was explained perfectly. They even came by a week before to show me different colors/choices. The pictures aren't great, but the floors came out amazing. The whole process took 4 days. I rented a POD and emptied out the whole floor which made it easier. I highly recommend this company for the quality, value and peace of mind.
