- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our regular hourly rate is $40 per hour. We offer a 15% discount for veterans and seniors. When we run special offers on our website we will pass those on to Thumbtack customers. Our repeat customer guarantee locks in your initial price for one year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a complimentary consultation at the client's location. After the consultation we provide a written estimate within 24 hours. During our first session we will make an organizing plan for all areas that the client want help with. At the end of the first organizing session we collect payment for that day through personal check or debit/credit with Square. We invoice again at the end of the job or the end of the week for multi week jobs. A refund or gift card will be issued for any unused time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Laura - I have a BA in Communications and Total Quality Management Training through the United States Air Force. TQM is a method for examining processes and systems to make them work more efficient. Victoria - I have a BA in English and Communications. I also have 76 years of life experiences and am a master bread maker. Organizing kitchens and pantries is what I enjoy most.
