- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no charge for buyer representation. Our listing commission rates are competitive and we can typically discount our listing % if the client is both buying and selling. There are cheaper agents, but is cheap really what you want?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a free consultation first to introduce ourselves, establish what the client's needs are and explain the process. After that, we give a recommendation based on the client's specific situation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was an investor before I was an agent. I fell in love with the business. I am passionate about what I do and left an engineering job to do this full time.
